UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and be eager to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with designers and developers to design responsive web and mobile applications while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
• Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to improve user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices while continuously enhancing your design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Responsive Design.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, case studies, or design concepts will be an added advantage.
• UI/UX, Google UX, Figma, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• We are looking for creative and enthusiastic fresh graduates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Responsive Design.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern web design principles will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and accessibility standards is preferred.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship UI/UX projects is preferred.
