Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an AI Platform Product Lead to join their team in New York, NY!

AIVA is the firm’s governed AI execution platform, built to give engineers and business users a secure, scalable way to build and run AI enabled software and workflows in their controlled environments. The ideal candidate will own the product strategy and roadmap for AIVA. You will work at the intersection of engineering, AI and enterprise users, deciding which platform capabilities to build, how to prioritize them, and how to measure adoption and impact. The right candidate is a highly technical product leader who understands platform economics, developer workflows and the difference between a reusable capability and a one-off feature.

Responsibilities

• Own AIVA product strategy, roadmap, prioritization and success metrics.
• Translate engineer and business-user needs into reusable platform capabilities across agents, workflow automation, integrations and self-service.
• Drive discovery with engineering teams and business practitioners, identify friction and prioritize the highest-leverage platform investments.
• Define adoption, usage, reliability and outcome metrics, and use telemetry and user behavior to guide the roadmap.
• Partner closely with architecture and engineering to shape capabilities that are scalable, secure, extensible and usable across the enterprise.
• Lead rollout, adoption and communication for new platform capabilities, while balancing user demand, risk, technical complexity and platform coherence.

Qualifications

• Product leadership experience with technically sophisticated platforms such as developer platforms, cloud platforms, API platforms, data platforms or AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, platform architecture and developer workflows.
• Enough AI fluency to reason about agents, models, evaluation, workflow automation, cost, latency and quality tradeoffs.
• Track record of using product telemetry, adoption data and direct user research to prioritize roadmaps.
• Ability to work credibly with senior engineers and executives while keeping the product grounded in user outcomes.

Pay Rate: $110 - $130/hr
