Sr AI/ML Engineer

Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GenAI, agentic AI, LLMs, cloud-native engineering, and solution architecture. The role involves designing, building, evaluating, and deploying production-grade AI solutions and working with business and technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of strong Python or equivalent programming experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents, LLM workflows, copilots, and intelligent automation.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and AI solutions.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, evaluation datasets, scoring/rubrics, agent-performance testing, and failure-mode analysis.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks, APIs, and data integration.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with AI-DLC (AI Development Lifecycle).
• Strong solution architecture and system design experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business/technical problems into actionable solutions.
• Experience leading client discovery, solution design, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to take AI solutions from prototype through production deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Masters degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• React / NextJS experience.
• Healthcare data, regulatory, and interoperability knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or enterprise Marketing Technology platforms.
