About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the critical liaison between customers and the product organization. You’ll embed with enterprise home services operators, building and deploying AI agents that drive real revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents (voice, text, phone) for enterprise home services customers
• Own customer relationships end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate customer pain points into platform improvements
• Handle post-sales implementation and customer success responsibilities, ensuring customer delight and account expansion
• Collaborate directly with founders and team leads to contribute to the product roadmap

The Ideal Candidate

• 1-5 years of experience in a relevant technical, client-facing role
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postman, LangChain, Salesforce, and ServiceTitan
• Strong communicator who can manage customer relationships and translate technical concepts
