Wholesale Admin Assistant

Grandaisy Bakery is hiring a (PART TIME/ Full Time) Sales Production Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Grandaisy Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisanal bakery founded by Monica Von Thun Calderón in 2006. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our baked goods, the unique experience we strive to provide our patrons, our active community support, and the level of commitment and engagement of our staff. Every member of our team along with the Sales Production Associate is an integral part of this process and contributes to our success.

Our ideal candidate is focused, attentive to details and speaks fluent English. Knowledge of our product is essential and will come with training. They will have experience working in an administrative position and basic computer skills.

Job Description:

The role of the Sales and Production Administrative Assistant will require answering phones in a positive and upbeat manner, taking orders, returning phone calls, entering information into our database, printing documents, filing documents and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak with ease on the phone.
• Strong communication skills and ability work well with others
• Basic computer use skill and open to learning our database system
• Courteous and efficient manner and neat appearance
• Punctual, reliable and flexible when necessary
• Knowledge of a foreign languages is a plus

Starting Salary: Commensurate with experience
