Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging website layouts, interfaces, and visual elements that align with brand standards and user needs.
• Create compelling graphics, logos, motion graphics, and visual UI/UX designs that captivate audiences across digital media.
• Implement interaction design principles to optimize usability, accessibility, and responsiveness on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to translate prototypes into functional websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement of web interfaces and interactions.
• Maintain and update websites using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal; perform regular website maintenance and content updates.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to analyze user behavior data, inform design decisions, and enhance web performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design, web development, graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL databases (MySQL), and version control systems like Git.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles focusing on usability, accessibility in interaction design, responsive web design, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate; experience with web production tools such as Dreamweaver or Visual Studio Code.
• Ability to analyze data from web analytics platforms to optimize user engagement strategies; understanding of SEO best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; experience conducting user research is preferred.
• A degree in graphic design, visual arts, computer science or related field is desirable; professional art or design certifications are a plus.

Pay: $25.68 - $30.92 per hour
