Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models
• Experience with RAG architecture
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and NLP
• Prompt Engineering and LLM application development

• Experience with one or more:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LlamaIndex

• Semantic Kernel

• Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search
• REST API / Microservices development

• Experience with at least one cloud platform:

• AWS
• Microsoft Azure

• Google Cloud

• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Git, CI/CD and software engineering practices

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
• LLM fine-tuning / PEFT / LoRA
• Hugging Face Transformers
• PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps
• Model evaluation and observability
• AI safety, governance, and security
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or equivalent
