What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design web-ready creative for digital, email, and special projects
• Support creative projects from concept through final production
• Design elevated, brand-right creative that supports marketing and business objectives
• Source images and visual assets for digital creative
• Manage assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Produce, optimize, and deliver final web-ready digital artwork
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions in response to changing business needs
• Review proofs and ensure digital assets render accurately across email and online channels
• Track creative routing, revisions, and delivery timelines
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field
• Retail or fashion design experience preferred
• 4-5 years of digital design experience
• Figma experience required
• Diverse portfolio demonstrating strong digital and creative design work
• Animation experience preferred
• Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects
• Advanced Photoshop skills with strong photo compositing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of creative assets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and support cross-functional partners
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with other designers and creative partners
