Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
Community Foundation of Elkhart County
Full-time, Exempt
The Community Foundation of Elkhart County is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and content creation across our brands and initiatives. This role creates and manages organic and paid content, including copy, graphics, photography, and short-form video, and partners with Community Foundation teams to turn goals into effective campaigns. It also supports website content, email marketing, and Community Foundation events.
We’re looking for five to seven years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or marketing communications, along with strong copywriting, photography, videography, and graphic design skills, and a track record of using analytics to guide decisions. Experience with paid social campaigns and platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus, as is nonprofit experience.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
