We’re excited to announce an opening for an Admin Assistant at Viking Health, our thriving Holistic Weight Loss Clinic in the heart of Encino. This is an opportunity for someone who excels at both sales and organization—someone who can stay self-motivated through the natural ebbs and flows of a growing business.

About Us: At Viking Health, we’re passionate about helping people feel their best, inside and out! Our one-of-a-kind weight loss program delivers rapid results the right way—drug-free, doctor-supervised, and powered by natural supplements. We focus on educating our clients every step of the way to a healthier, happier life.

Beyond weight loss, we offer body contouring with red light therapy and EMShape, chiropractic care, and shockwave therapy. Due to our program’s success, we’re rapidly expanding and need someone who’s ready to grow with us.

Our business is constantly expanding and evolving, so we need someone who embraces change, wears multiple hats, and approaches each day with flexibility and enthusiasm. Some days will be hectic, others quieter—we need someone who stays on top of their tasks regardless of the pace, takes initiative during slower moments, and remains organized when things get busy.

• Available on Sundays

Position Details:

• Starting at 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
• Starting at $20–$25 per hour, rate will increase based on experience and performance.
• Flexible part-time schedule
• In-person at our Encino location
• Salary based on experience and qualifications
