Senior Digital Designer - Email & Digital Creative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer to support high-volume email and digital creative for a leading fashion retail brand. This role will develop elevated, brand-right creative that supports both marketing and merchandising objectives while ensuring exceptional accuracy from initial design through final delivery.

The ideal candidate has a sophisticated design aesthetic, strong retail or fashion experience, and expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This position requires someone who is comfortable working within an established brand system, managing a fast-paced production calendar, and responding quickly to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-volume email and digital marketing creative aligned with brand, marketing, and merchandising objectives.
• Develop creative from initial concept through final production and delivery.
• Produce, optimize, and output final web-ready digital assets.
• Review proofs and ensure email creative renders accurately prior to delivery.
• Source, edit, crop, retouch, and composite imagery for digital creative.
• Create animation and motion-based assets as needed.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy across typography, imagery, messaging, links, layouts, and final files.
• Manage current-week revisions and routing while simultaneously developing creative for upcoming campaigns.
• Respond quickly to business changes and incorporate updates into active creative.
• Partner closely with designers, marketing, merchandising, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional digital/graphic design experience; senior-level experience strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital design; retail, fashion, or consumer brand work is highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Figma experience required.
• Strong animation/motion design capabilities required.
• Advanced Photoshop skills, including photo editing, compositing, cropping, and image optimization.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, imagery, composition, and digital design fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of web and email design best practices.
• Experience producing high volumes of creative while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the flexibility to support shifting business priorities.
• Self-starter who can independently move work forward while partnering effectively with a larger creative team.
• Awareness of fashion, retail, digital, and social media trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or related field preferred.
• Mac proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards is a plus.
