Senior Alfresco Developer

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a remote Senior Alfresco Developer . In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) to extend Alfresco functionality.

Major duties

• Develop and maintain Alfresco extensions using the Alfresco SDK, AMP packaging, and REST APIs.
• Work across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficacy of assigned components
• Integrate Alfresco with external systems using CMIS, web services, and custom connectors.
• Administer Alfresco environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, security management, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Backup and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

What are we looking for?

• 7 years of Alfresco experience, including managing the digital platform, defining architecture, configuration and customization expertise, integrations to other systems, scoping and sizing work, assisting with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Proficient in .NET 10.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database management, including T SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems.
• Skilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.
• Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies.
• Proficient in Bitbucket for version control.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to-modern system transformations.

• Rate: $89.00/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Remote
• Contract through August 31, 2027 with the opportunity for extension
