Job Title: AI Engineer – LLM Agents & AI Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and improve production-grade LLM agents and agentic AI applications .
• Develop agent workflows involving tool calling, memory, orchestration, retrieval, and multi-step reasoning .
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure supporting enterprise AI applications.
• Develop shared AI platform capabilities and integrations across multiple LLM/model providers.
• Build secure execution environments and sandboxing capabilities for AI agents.
• Design and implement RAG and large-scale retrieval/search systems .
• Develop reusable AI services, agent frameworks, evaluation infrastructure, and internal AI tooling.
• Build coding agents and developer-productivity solutions.
• Work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and production iteration.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, tools, and integration approaches and apply them where they provide meaningful production value.
• Build AI solutions that interact securely with enterprise systems and sensitive data.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within backend, infrastructure, platform, or distributed systems engineering .
• Current hands-on experience developing and shipping LLM/GenAI applications and agents .
• Demonstrated production experience with:
• LLM Agents
• Agent Orchestration
• Tool Calling / Tool Use
• Agent Memory
• Multi-Step Workflows
• Retrieval / RAG
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to write clean, reliable, production-quality code.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, infrastructure, or platform components.
• Experience taking AI products from prototype through production deployment .
• Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
