About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to join the Brand Creative team and support Email design and delivery. This role will focus on creating elevated, brand-right digital experiences while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across high-volume creative production.

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital designer with strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma expertise, animation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design elevated, brand-right creative that supports marketing and merchant objectives.
• Create and execute web-ready creative for email and special projects.
• Source and select imagery for online creative.
• Produce, optimize, and deliver final web-ready digital artwork.
• Ensure all assigned projects meet deadlines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions as business needs evolve.
• Review proofs and ensure emails are rendering properly.
• Stay current on business updates and communicate changes effectively.
• Work ahead on upcoming creative while tracking revisions, routing changes, and final delivery.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of digital design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in graphic and interactive design.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, imagery, and color.
• Advanced/master-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Adobe XD
• Figma experience is required.
• Animation knowledge and experience required.
• Strong photo editing, cropping, compositing, and retouching skills.
• Working knowledge of web design best practices.
• Ability to use a Mac.
• Strong understanding of digital and customer-facing experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or fashion design experience.
• Previous Senior-level design experience.
• Experience designing for email and digital marketing.
• Experience working within a large creative or design team.
• Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards.
• Active familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat.
• Diverse and well-developed design portfolio.
