Job Description
Top Producing Real Estate Agent is looking for a Real Estate Executive Assistant to oversee all Real Estate Transactions and Marketing/Operations.
Duties include marketing, database management, scheduling appointments, managing customer transactions and preparing schedules
Managing Direct Mail, Email Marketing and Social Media/Video Marketing
Must be friendly and professional.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to deal with high volume of business and activities and manage a busy schedule.
Manage all leads with agents on the team, process all transactions, schedule showings, prepare listings for market and assist with all Real Estate Activities as required.
Must be well versed in computers and have experience using Microsoft Office, database systems, marketing management and real estate transaction management.
Must be detailed oriented, friendly and have a high level of customer service .
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
