Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an Enterprise AI SaaS Sales Lead. The Sales Lead will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with financial institutions and credit market participants. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, managing a robust pipeline, conducting product demos, tailoring value propositions to executive and operational stakeholders, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth. The Enterprise AI SaaS Sales Lead will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build strategic relationships in the financial services ecosystem, and represent Scalata AI at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including experience identifying and engaging enterprise stakeholders in financial services.
• Proven enterprise sales and SaaS sales capabilities, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals to successful close.
• Experience in sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to drive disciplined execution.
• Account management skills, with the ability to grow existing relationships, drive renewals, and expand usage across large organizations.
• Sales management or team leadership experience, including mentoring sales professionals and contributing to sales strategy and playbooks.
• Familiarity with credit markets, structured finance, or financial technology solutions; prior experience selling into banks, asset managers, or private credit funds is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
