Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solutions-focused. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams, processing orders, handling enquiries, and helping keep our operations running smoothly.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service every day. You’ll also bring:

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings or an industrial trade (automotive, engineering etc…)
• Strong computer skills and experience using Pronto (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Hydraulics or hose and fittings knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
