React Native Application Associate

Tech Hive UAE is a technology solutions company providing AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Web & Mobile Application Development, SaaS, eCommerce, and Digital Transformation services to clients across the UAE and international markets.

We are looking for a skilled React Native Application Associate to join our mobile development team and build, maintain, and enhance high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS .

About the Role

The successful candidate will work on cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Firebase, and modern mobile development practices .

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers to deliver reliable and scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native .
• Build applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive and functional mobile interfaces.
• Develop reusable React Native components and maintain clean code architecture.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services .
• Implement authentication, authorization, push notifications, deep linking, and user-management features.
• Work with Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Firestore where required.
• Implement state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API , or similar technologies.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
• Debug and resolve crashes, bugs, UI issues, and performance problems.
• Integrate payment gateways, maps, social login, analytics, and other third-party services.
• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve application defects.
• Participate in code reviews and follow mobile development best practices.
• Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for source-code management.
• Support Android and iOS build and release processes.
• Publish and maintain applications through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect .
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams during application deployment and production releases.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in React Native or mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native .
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript .
• Good understanding of React.js fundamentals and component architecture .
• Experience developing applications for Android and iOS .
• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Experience with Firebase and mobile backend services .
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux/Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Experience with Git and version-control workflows.
• Understanding of responsive mobile UI/UX principles.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
