Position Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer with strong expertise in AI platforms and Salesforce DevOps. This role will work directly with client teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, bridging engineering execution with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on expertise with leading AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Glean to support real-world business and delivery workflows.
• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment strategy, and deployment automation.
• Work directly with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, business, and technical leadership to drive successful solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes, development workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support end-to-end delivery while operating in a forward-deployed/client-embedded environment rather than a traditional back-office delivery model.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, Glean, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business and technical leaders in a client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered enterprise workflows and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering environments.
• Experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
