What You Will Achieve

This role supports the discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products and experiences that help advance Pfizer’s Digital and Technology platforms objectives. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Experience Designers, Business Stakeholders, and Platform Teams, this role is responsible for understanding user needs, validating opportunities, shaping product requirements, and helping translate business challenges into scalable and passionate digital experiences.

 

They lead the work of rapid experimentation, MVP development, journey mapping, Voice of Customer activities, and product adoption efforts while helping stakeholders understand the opportunities presented by AI-enabled solutions and Pfizer’s Digital & Technology platform ecosystem.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and facilitation skills with a passion for customer-centered design, emerging technologies, and innovation. This role will expect to interact with ELT & ELT-1 leaders and their teams to move forward the 8 platforms and other services supplied to them by Digital and Technology

The role focuses on hands-on leadership—establishing clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and ensuring that prototypes and MVPs are built, tested, and refined efficiently. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather feedback, and adapt solutions to maximize business value, all while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

How You Will Achieve It

• Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital experiences through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches to validate concepts and accelerate time-to-value.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and business stakeholders—to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.
• Establish and manage a lean experience roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope, while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.
• Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible, laying the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.
• Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.
• Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of
  experience; OR a master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Product management experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery.
• Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.
