Hands-on experience with AI Agent Studio (not just theoretical — has actually built and deployed an agent)

Now Assist skill development — Virtual Agent Designer, GenAI skill configuration

ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer

Table API / REST API integration experience — building external connectors, not just consuming built-in ones

Solid understanding of XSUAA-style OAuth/security patterns (or willingness to learn our existing SAP security model and mirror it)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent hands-on proof of skill
Nice-to-Have

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or any agent-to-agent/tool-calling framework

Prior work on governance, GRC, or compliance-related ServiceNow apps

Experience publishing apps to the ServiceNow Store (knows the certification/publishing process firsthand)

SAP background (even basic) — helps them understand the cross-platform bridge work

Startup/fast-shipping mentality — comfortable with ambiguous specs and rapid iteration, not enterprise-pace delivery
Pay: ₹450,250.01 - ₹1,229,251.37 per year
