Job Description
Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders
About Radcliff
Radcliff is a long-term private investment partnership focused on aligning with exceptional owner-operators. Founded in 2016, we partner with proven entrepreneurs leading highly profitable, closely held businesses, alongside like-minded investors seeking long-term compounding.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our two Co-Founders. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that blends sophisticated business support with thoughtful personal assistance. You will work alongside an existing EA who supports the COO, CFO, and broader office, partnering with that person on shared coverage when needed.
This role is accountable to the Co-Founders and reports to the COO.
The work splits roughly 60% business and 40% personal. The right person enjoys both sides and treats every task, whether coordinating a board meeting or arranging a family dinner reservation, with the same care and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Business Support
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars for both Co-Founders, including internal and external meetings, board commitments, and external events.
- Coordinate meetings end to end, including conference rooms, video conference links, materials distribution, and follow-up tracking as necessary.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including private jet service, commercial flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a polished first point of contact for limited partners, portfolio company CEOs, advisors, and other senior external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of the Co-Founders.
- Maintain contact records and help keep CRM current.
- Partner with the office EA on visitor management, lunch coordination, vendor relationships, and other firm-wide office needs.
- Provide light project support as needed.
- Occasional travel to support large-scale events such as annual meetings or team events.
Personal Support
- Manage Co-Founders’ personal calendars in coordination with their families and household staff.
- Partner directly with spouses on family scheduling, planning, and ad hoc projects.
- Coordinate logistics across multiple residences, including vendor management, deliveries, and household-related projects.
- Occasionally support children’s school logistics, activities, appointments, and related family scheduling.
- Plan and book vacations in coordination with travel agents end to end, including villa or hotel reservations, restaurants, activities, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate private jet service for both business and personal travel.
- Handle errands, gifting, reservations, and personal appointments.
What You Bring
- At least four years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally including at least one principal in a fast-paced environment. Financial services experience is appreciated but not required.
- Outstanding judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with care.
- A genuine no-job-too-small mentality. You take ownership of small details because you understand they add up to a great experience for the people you support.
- Strong technology fluency. Comfort with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, CRM, video conferencing platforms, and expense tools, with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to anticipate needs, think two steps ahead, and stay calm when priorities shift.
- A warm, affable, professional presence that reflects well on the Co-Founders and the firm.
- Reliable availability on evenings and weekends for time-sensitive matters. We work hard to keep this reasonable and respect your time.
- Strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and a bias toward closing the loop on every task.
Logistics
- Location: Tribeca, New York. In-office, five days a week with hybrid optionality in coordination with other EA.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Lunch: Provided daily.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base/bonus salary range: $100,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
- Carry eligibility after one year of tenure.
- Top-tier benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, and parental leave.
