Senior Creative Design Manager

Job Summary

Arte Focal Creative Media & Design Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Design Manager to lead creative direction, visual design, brand development, and multidisciplinary design projects.

The successful candidate will manage designers and creative specialists while transforming business and client objectives into distinctive visual concepts across digital, branding, marketing, and multimedia channels.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creative direction across branding, digital, marketing, and multimedia projects
• Manage graphic designers, digital designers, art directors, and creative production specialists
• Develop visual concepts, brand systems, campaign identities, and creative guidelines
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into compelling design solutions
• Lead brainstorming, concept development, design reviews, and creative presentations
• Oversee digital assets, marketing collateral, presentations, social content, and branded materials
• Establish design standards and maintain visual consistency across channels
• Manage multiple creative projects, schedules, resources, budgets, and production deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, technology, and commercial teams
• Coordinate external photographers, illustrators, production partners, and creative vendors
• Mentor creative team members and support professional development
• Monitor emerging design, media, AI-assisted creative, and digital-production technologies

Requirements

• Significant experience in graphic design, creative direction, brand design, digital design, or related creative disciplines
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative or design teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, digital, and campaign work
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and contemporary design workflows
• Familiarity with Figma and digital collaboration or prototyping platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual storytelling, and brand systems
• Experience managing client-facing creative projects, budgets, and deadlines
• Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred

Pay: $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
