We are seeking a technical AI Consultant & Strategist to bridge the gap between AI engineering and business strategy, architecting roadmaps and leading the deployment of value-driven AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmap Architecture: Partner with client executives to evaluate corporate AI maturity, identify high-ROI automation use cases, and formulate end-to-end AI deployment roadmaps aligned with commercial goals.
• Solution Scoping & Technical Feasibility: Translate ambiguous business challenges into rigorous technical requirements, collaborating with ML Engineers and Data Architects to validate model feasibility, data readiness, and computational constraints.
• AI Governance & Risk Stewardship: Establish robust framework layers for enterprise AI compliance, ensuring all proposed solutions adhere to data privacy standards, mitigate algorithmic bias, and maintain strict data security protocols.
• Change Management & Delivery Orchestration: Manage cross-functional technical and product teams throughout the deployment lifecycle, translating complex algorithmic concepts into digestible, value-oriented insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education & Domain Expertise: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, Business Analytics, or an equivalent technical field. A combined background of technical execution and formal management consulting is highly desirable.
• Generative AI & LLM Literacy: Deep, practical understanding of modern AI paradigms, including prompt engineering systems, fine-tuning methodologies, RAG architectures, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
• Cloud Infrastructure & AI Ecosystems: Strong familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML suites (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI) and enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Vector Databases like Pinecone/Milvus).
• Analytical Querying & Prototyping: Production-fluent Python scripting capabilities for data analysis and rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) model validation, alongside intermediate-to-advanced SQL competency for data discovery.
• Frameworks & Business Valuation: Mastery in building algorithmic ROI frameworks, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) evaluation models for build-vs-buy AI infrastructure decisions, and structured consulting frameworks (MECE, SWOT, capability mapping).
• Global Collaboration & Languages: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English are mandatory; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is highly preferred given our deeply integrated international enterprise client base.
