Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Pharmacy Claims Processing and Healthcare Technology to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with pharmacy claims processing and adjudication workflows
• Experience integrating with pharmacy claim switches such as RelayHealth, RxLinc, Change Healthcare, or similar platforms
• Strong expertise in designing and developing high-performance REST APIs with excellent response times
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or payer environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of NCPDP standards and pharmacy transaction processing
• Experience with API performance optimization and scalability
• Understanding of HIPAA-compliant application development
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
In this role, you will help build and enhance solutions that support real-time pharmacy claim processing, prescription workflows, and healthcare integrations while delivering highly scalable and reliable applications.
