Senior Product Designer - Copenhagen

We’re partnering with a profitable, founder-owned SaaS company whose mobile product helps more than four million users across 50+ countries automate mileage tracking and simplify everyday administrative work.

With strong product-market fit and ARR that has quadrupled over the past three years, the company is now looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape its core B2C mobile experience.

The role

You’ll lead important initiatives across onboarding, activation and everyday engagement—helping users quickly understand the product’s value and build lasting habits around it.

Working closely with a cross-functional team, you’ll turn user insights, business priorities and ambiguous problems into clear concepts, flows and polished product experiences. You’ll have significant autonomy and influence, with success measured through outcomes such as activation, retention and revenue—not simply shipped interfaces.

The company works in focused six-week development cycles, followed by two-week periods for evaluation, improvements and planning.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing consumer mobile apps or subscription products at scale
• Strong interaction, visual and end-to-end product design skills
• Ability to connect user needs with business priorities and measurable outcomes
• Confidence turning ambiguous challenges into clear concepts and experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A collaborative approach to feedback and cross-functional working
• The autonomy to drive work forward with minimal oversight

It would be particularly valuable if you have

• Worked with product-led growth, activation or retention
• Designed growth loops, freemium journeys or subscription experiences
• Built trust and habit-forming behaviour into frequently used products
• Used prototypes or experiments to validate assumptions early
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI patterns
• Created coded prototypes using HTML, CSS or JavaScript
