Backend Developer

Evolved Human AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly capable Backend Engineer who is exceptionally strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, and scalable backend engineering.

You’ll work independently on complex computational and backend problems across the Aagantuk AI Ecosystem — including Prasario, Aagantuk AI, Aagantuk-Dwaar, Storefront, Inventra, and future intelligence systems.

What you may work on:

• Local business discovery and ranking algorithms
• Geospatial search and proximity-based retrieval
• Vendor, user, event, and business relationship graphs
• Search, matching, and recommendation systems
• Inventory allocation and availability logic
• Inventory allocation and availability logic
• Feed and relevance ranking Caching and request-optimization strategies Scheduling and resource-allocation problems Large-scale pagination, filtering, and indexing Performance-critical backend services Distributed systems and event-driven workflowsComplex algorithmic problems where scalability, latency, and cost all matter

What we expact.

• Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Ability to analyse time and space complexity naturally
• Strong backend engineering experience
• Node.js + Python. expertise preferred
• Strong PostgreSQL and database-design fundamentals
• Experience with indexing, query optimisation, caching, queues, and concurrency
• Understanding of distributed systems
• REST API expertise; GraphQL/gRPC knowledge is valuable
• Redis and search technologies such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch are highly valuable
• AWS or equivalent cloud experience
• Strong system-design and performance-engineering skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently with high ownership

Selection Process:

Application Screening → DSA/Coding Round → Backend System Design → Aagantuk Algorithm Challenge → Founder/Ownership Round

This role is for engineers who enjoy difficult problems, question inefficient designs, benchmark their solutions, document trade-offs, and take complete ownership from algorithm design to production.
