Job Description
Hiring: MicroStrategy Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote
Time Zone: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST
Duration: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and Dossiers.
- Build and maintain schema objects and metadata layers.
- Migrate and optimize MicroStrategy environments across traditional and cloud platforms.
- Work with cloud platforms, particularly Google BigQuery.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to refine dashboard solutions.
- Handle technical communication and documentation for BI implementations.
- Support data integration and performance tuning within MicroStrategy.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy schema and dashboard design.
- Experience with MicroStrategy + Google BigQuery integrations.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience with Dossiers, Cubes, Metrics, and Visualizations.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills for international teams.
Interview Process:

- 1–2 Technical Interview Rounds
Important Requirements:
- Candidate must be an In-house Bench Resource.
- BGV is mandatory, including:
- Employment Verification
- PCC / Police Clearance Certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Good English fluency is required as the role involves working with international teams.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
