The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Child Development Psychology AI Training Expert to evaluate and annotate developmental psychology datasets and assess AI-generated outputs. You will judge content for psychological accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance while supporting model improvement and AI research.

The role combines expert review, scenario analysis, guidance development, and clear documentation. It is classified as entry level within the AI training project, but a PhD and demonstrated expertise in child development or developmental psychology are required.

What You’ll Do

You will review written data and model outputs involving children’s learning and behavior. Your feedback must reflect sound developmental and psychological judgment and be detailed enough to support ongoing model improvements.

You will also help refine guidance for linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds, while collaborating with distributed, interdisciplinary contributors.
