A leading investment management firm is hiring an EA/AA in Midtown NYC to support a senior wealth management team, with a mix of Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant responsibilities. Seeking 5+ years of EA/AA experience within financial services, ideally supporting 1–2 senior professionals directly; wealth management experience is a major plus. Up to $125K base + an automatic profit share, 4 days in office, with strong long-term growth potential including the opportunity to become more involved in the wealth management business and pursue sponsored Series licenses.
