Manhattan WMS Developer – Production Support

Forgerock Identity Management Role Descriptions: Provide Manhattan WMS operational support for RDC locations operating in a 24-hour environment for 2 DC operationsActively monitor support channels and address operational queries business critical issues and warehouse execution problems.Support order fulfillment issues across picking packing palletizing loading and related warehouse operations ensuring minimal disruption to operations and order cutoff SLA commitments.Monitor acknowledge analyze and resolve production incidents in collaboration with users onsite partners offshore teams and cross-functional teams.Support priority production issues through escalation impact assessment technical analysis and timely resolution.Collaborate with onsite/partner teams for HOTO requirement clarification incident updates and blocker resolution.Participate in twice-daily HOTO discussions with onsite/partner teams to transition open items pending clarifications and operational priorities.Work on KLO tasks vulnerability remediation Jira development items enhancements and project-related design/development activities.Gather and clarify requirements for enhancements/projects in collaboration with business and onsite stakeholders.Design and develop technical solutions support business approvals assist UAT and contribute to deployment and production go-live activities.Maintain SOP-based support execution and route non-SOP or priority issues to the appropriate shift or partner teams when required.Ensure clear documentation incident handover development handover and knowledge continuity between onsite offshore and partner teams. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS On-Prem Version 2013 and above.Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience for database analysis troubleshooting data fixes and support queries.Experience in Shell Scripting Python and Java Spring Boot for support automation integrations utilities and development activities.Good functional understanding of warehouse operations including picking packing palletizing loading inventory movement and order fulfillment.Experience in production support incident monitoring incident resolution enhancement delivery and application maintenance.Ability to work with DC users onsite/partner teams offshore teams and cross-functional teams for incident resolution and requirement clarification.
