Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and AI Agent development.
• Expertise in Agent Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Good understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build and manage AI agents using modern agent frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and question-answering systems.
• Integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, and enterprise applications using MCP and related protocols.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and user experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment practices.
• Exposure to fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector search technologies.
• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and security best practices.
