We are seeking a Senior Lead Java Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and technical leadership.

Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on Java development experience

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and REST APIs

Expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed systems

Experience with AWS, Azure,

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures

Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Strong understanding of software design patterns and system design

Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise Java applications.
• Lead architecture, development, and deployment activities.
• Build and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive technical improvements.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
