Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-to-senior Azure Integration Engineer for a contracting position supporting an active Azure migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Azure technology stack, with a strong focus on Azure integration services. The candidate should be able to quickly step into an existing environment, understand established integration patterns, troubleshoot issues, and contribute independently with minimal ramp-up time.

Experience developing and maintaining Azure Functions using Python and/or Node.js

Familiarity with Azure Functions runtime, bindings, triggers, and extensions

Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience

Oracle / PL-SQL experience for backend integration, data validation, and/or migration activities

Azure Networking fundamentals, including:

VNET integration

Private endpoints

Hybrid/on-premises connectivity

Network security concepts

Preferred Experience

4+ years of professional experience working with Azure technologies, with significant hands-on Azure integration experience.

Experience working on enterprise-scale integration or migration projects.

Experience supporting an active migration or modernization initiative.

Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.

Ability to quickly understand an existing integration landscape and become productive with limited onboarding.

Comfortable working independently and collaborating with application, data, infrastructure, architecture, and migration teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based integrations.

Support the ongoing migration of existing integrations and applications to Azure.

Build and enhance Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and APIM solutions.

Configure monitoring, logging, authentication, and authorization for integration services.

Develop and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.

Investigate and resolve integration, messaging, connectivity, and deployment issues.

Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve migration dependencies.

Follow established architecture, security, development, and deployment standards.

Document integration configurations, technical solutions, and operational procedures.
