Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of Java & Full Stack development
Strong Java / OOP experience
Angular or React + JavaScript
REST APIs & Microservices
Strong SQL & database development
Snowflake, Oracle, Sybase, or DB2
Database schema design, complex queries & performance optimization
Batch/event-driven processing
Multi-tier application architecture
Agile/SDLC experience
