Job Description
Real Estate Investment firm located in NYC’s financial district, is seeking an Executive Assistant with stable, corporate administrative experience out of a fast-paced environment to support a team of executives. Manage calendars, create meeting agendas, process expense reports, book travel, conduct research and organize events. Act as true partner and extension to team.
Prior experience keeping a team on point and flowing smooth, out of a fast-paced, corporate environment, required.
MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PP and MS Teams. Concur, required.
Bachelors’ degree required.
