Part-Time Salesforce Developer — Fresher/Entry-Level (Remote)

About the Role:
Pulsaton delivers Salesforce and AI solutions for clients in government, education, healthcare, and financial services. We’re looking for a part-time Salesforce Developer which is open to freshers and early-career candidates to help build and maintain features across client orgs.

You’ll work from task lists and tickets, get hands-on mentorship, and grow into more independent ownership over time. This is a great opportunity to get real production experience on live enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities:
1. Write Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
2. Build simple to moderately complex Lightning Web Components (LWC)
3. Build and modify Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, autolaunched)
4. Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets
5. Build reports and dashboards
6. Help troubleshoot bugs and read through debug logs
7. Learn to work with REST API integrations, Custom Metadata, and deployment basics over time

What You’ll Do (with guidance/mentorship):

Nice to Have (optional):
1. Any prior internship, coursework, or self-taught project involving Salesforce
2. Basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS knowledge
3. Familiarity with Git or VS Code

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
