- Partner with Finance leadership to improve Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with insights and recommendations.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and build automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Validate AI-generated insights and ensure accuracy before sharing conclusions.
- Build lightweight tools, reports, and workflows to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Commercial teams to understand business needs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles such as Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
- Strong business judgment and curiosity, with the ability to investigate the “why” behind business results.
- Experience analyzing business performance, financial data, operational metrics, or process improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience using AI tools in daily workflows and interest in applying AI to business processes.
- Experience identifying manual processes and improving them through automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or analytics tools.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Experience implementing AI-powered workflows or internal tools.
