AI Video Creator / Generative AI Designer

We are looking for a creative AI Video Creator / Generative AI Designer who can use AI-powered creative tools to develop high-quality videos, social media content, promotional creatives, and visual storytelling assets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Runway and other AI-powered image/video generation tools, along with a strong understanding of visual design, motion, composition, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated videos, animations, and visual content using Runway.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual directions for campaigns.
• Generate and edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Use text-to-video, image-to-video, video editing, motion effects, and generative AI workflows.
• Transform static designs, product images, and concepts into engaging video content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all AI-generated content.
• Experiment with new AI video-generation techniques, styles, prompts, and workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver campaign creatives.
• Edit and refine AI-generated outputs to achieve professional-quality results.
• Stay updated with emerging generative AI tools and creative technologies.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Runway
• Strong understanding of AI video generation and prompting
• Experience creating text-to-video and image-to-video content
• Video editing and motion design skills
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred
• Strong creative and visual communication skills
• Ability to create content based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements

Good to Have

• Experience with Midjourney, Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma, Pika, or similar AI tools
• Experience creating social media reels and advertising videos
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Experience working with marketing, branding, or digital agencies
• Basic understanding of AI prompting and prompt optimization
