Senior AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions across our enterprise. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI Foundry (MS Foundry), a platform currently being rolled out organization-wide, making familiarity with its architecture and functionalities essential. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of Stardog and MangoDB to support data integration and management efforts. As a key member of our AI team, you will drive innovative projects that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI models and solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI strategies and technical specifications.
• Maintain deep expertise in MS Foundry platform capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows for enterprise-wide deployment.
• Integrate data from various sources utilizing Stardog and MangoDB, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security for AI applications.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concept models, and production-ready solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay current with emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning frameworks, and related technologies to continuously enhance our AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in AI development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry (MS Foundry), demonstrating a thorough understanding of its architecture, tools, and deployment processes.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying AI models at an enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of Stardog for knowledge graph management and MangoDB for NoSQL database solutions.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar relevant to AI development.
• Experience working with large datasets, data integration techniques, and data security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
