ServiceNow Sr. Developer

New York or Richmond, VA (On-Site/Hybrid)

Long Term/Contract

Required Technical Skills

10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong experience with ITOM and CMDB.

Hands-on experience with:

ServiceNow Discovery

MID Server

Service Mapping

Event Management

CMDB

IRE

Identification & Reconciliation Rules

MDB Health

CI relationships

CSDM

Import Sets & Transform Maps

IntegrationHub

Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex Discovery, CMDB, and integration issues.
