I am supporting my client with their search for a couple of senior level Ruby on Rails Engineer hires in London 👩🏽 💻

• They have built a centralised platform that helps businesses in a particular sector to simplify their supply chain so they can operate more efficiently ⚙️
• Salary: Senior up to £100k PLUS equity in the company 💷
• Hybrid working: central London office 3 days per week 🏡
• Tech stack/environment includes Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Turbo, Postgres, AWS, BigQuery, CI/CD, Heroku 🔧
• AI approach: they are using Claude code daily (70 - 80% of code is now AI generated) and so they are looking to hire someone who is AI-fluent 🤖
