AI Video Editor for Supplement Brand

We’re hiring a Full-Time Video Editor to create high-performing Meta and Google video ads (30–120 seconds). This is a long-term remote opportunity where you’ll work closely with our Founder, Creative Manager, and creative team to produce winning ads at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit high-converting video ads for Meta and Google (30–120 seconds)
• Create compelling hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and transitions
• Work with UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated content using tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, and Veo 3
• Produce UGC-style ads, TikTok-style creatives, AI-powered videos, and VSLs
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on key metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion rate
• Source footage, voiceovers, and creative assets to bring concepts to life
• Test new creative angles, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Manager and fellow editors to increase creative output and improve performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience editing performance-driven Meta ads (UGC/direct response)
• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form direct response creatives
• Excellent pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail
• Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, retention, and consumer behavior
• Comfortable working with AI tools and continuously learning new workflows
• Ability to consistently produce 30 high-quality ad concepts per week
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
