About The Role The client is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering modern digital products and workflows that enhance user experiences and support the organization’s strategic objectives. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces that enable key business capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven impact on product success
• Experience with user interface design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end web development principles
• Strong skills in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy
• Expertise in UI design methods including prototyping, interaction flow diagrams, wireframes, and interface specifications
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern digital and interaction design principles and trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly
• A portfolio showcasing deliverables throughout the design process for products and websites
• Experience addressing accessibility concerns and optimizing for assistive technologies
• Experience with design systems and contributing to their development
• Familiarity with requirements definition and backlog refinement using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Experience with AI-assisted design and research tools is a plus
• Healthcare, laboratory operations, or client experience background preferred
