Job Description
Role: Copilot AI Portfolio Execution & Change Management Lead
Duration: 10 Month Contract w Extensions
Location: 4 days a week onsite in Raritan (Fridays remote)
We are looking for a contractor with approximately 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, communications, or program coordination to help drive execution across our growing Microsoft Copilot and AI portfolio.
This role is for someone who gets work done. We do not need a strategist or advisor. We need a hands-on executor who can own tasks, drive actions to completion, coordinate stakeholders, maintain momentum across workstreams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This person will act as the operational backbone of our Copilot and AI programs, helping hold together communications, change management, learning, adoption, governance, events, and leadership reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination across multiple Copilot and AI initiatives.
- Drive execution of communications, change management, readiness, learning, and adoption activities.
- Manage project plans, action logs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and actions are completed on time.
- Develop and publish communications, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint content, FAQs, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate governance meetings, working sessions, leadership reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Support planning and execution of Copilot events, roadshows, expos, advisor programs, and learning activities.
- Prepare executive updates, status reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries.
- Identify gaps, unblock issues, and proactively move work forward without requiring constant direction.
- Bring structure, organization, accountability, and operational rigor to a fast-moving portfolio.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, change management, communications, or organizational readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating executive-ready presentations, communications, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Planner.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting AI, Copilot, digital workplace, productivity, collaboration, or transformation programs.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with adoption, learning, communications, and organizational change management practices.
- Experience operating in a PMO or portfolio management environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused. They are comfortable taking ownership, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, chasing actions, removing blockers, and ensuring work gets delivered. They thrive in ambiguity, bring structure where needed, and help convert strategy into completed outcomes.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $58hr to $66hr
