About the Job
Google Cloud is seeking a **Customer Engineer specializing in AI/ML solutions** to support enterprise customers in understanding, deploying, and applying cloud-based artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The position is based in Chicago with remote work options and involves supporting large enterprise engagements. The successful candidate will have hands-on AI/ML development experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Help enterprise customers understand and deploy AI/ML solutions.
* Translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business benefits.
* Support large-scale enterprise customer engagements.
* Provide technical guidance throughout AI/ML solution development and deployment.
* Work with customers to identify opportunities for applying AI and machine learning technologies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
* Support conversational AI, OCR, and vision AI solutions.
* Communicate AI/ML concepts and solution capabilities clearly to technical and business audiences.
* Travel as required to support customer projects and engagements.
Qualifications
* At least **2 years of experience in AI/ML development**.
* Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
* Experience working with **conversational AI** solutions.
* Experience with **OCR and vision AI** technologies.
* Strong programming experience with **Python**.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business value.
* Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with large enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
