About the Role

We-Intern is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend development and be comfortable building responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to develop high-quality web experiences and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components using React.js.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Manage application state and handle API responses effectively.
• Ensure websites work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues and improve existing features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good understanding of React.js and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with React Hooks and React Router.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of responsive web design.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Ability to write clean and organized code.

Good to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js.
• Basic understanding of MongoDB.
• Experience working with Vite.
• Familiarity with Vercel, Netlify, or Render.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Experience working on personal, academic, or real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should have a portfolio, GitHub profile, or relevant projects demonstrating their frontend development skills.
