About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Agentic AI to lead the engineering of an AI-powered platform comprising three core products:

• Intelligence: A dynamic dashboard that surfaces KPIs and insights from real-time data streams.
• Voice Agent: A context-aware conversational voice assistant.
• Orchestrator: The runtime layer of the agentic platform, enabling organizations to build and execute workflows powered by Flowable.

The ideal candidate will take technical ownership across all three products and lead a cross-functional team of AI, frontend, and backend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of the Agentic AI platform.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across AI, backend, and frontend engineering.
• Design and implement production-ready AI/ML solutions and agentic workflows.
• Work on conversational AI and voice-agent technologies.
• Drive integration of real-time data, APIs, AI models, and workflow orchestration.
• Lead technical decisions related to scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical solutions and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling AI/ML or Generative AI platforms in production.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Experience with Python and modern backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with frontend and backend engineering teams.
• Exposure to conversational AI / voice agents is highly desirable.
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Flowable is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, architecture, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take end-to-end ownership.
