Sr. Full-Stack AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, cloud-native AI solutions. The role involves developing AI-powered document processing, RAG-based systems, and enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack AI applications and backend services.
• Build document extraction and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Develop RAG, hybrid search, vector retrieval, and evidence-grounded AI solutions.
• Design asynchronous workflows using Azure Container Apps and Service Bus.
• Work with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Foundry, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Implement AI validation, citation mechanisms, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate security, monitoring, and observability using Entra ID, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Full-Stack / AI Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Foundry, Azure Container Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector/hybrid search, embeddings, and enterprise search.
• Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence and document processing.
• Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Good understanding of Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and Azure monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
