Azure AI Engineer (Azure OpenAI & GenAI) - PAN India

We are seeking a talented Azure AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Python, Azure Functions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI and Intelligent Document Processing solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role involves building enterprise-grade AI applications, integrating AI services with business platforms, and implementing scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development

• Develop AI applications using Azure OpenAI Services.
• Build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering and context management techniques.
• Develop RAG-based applications using vector search and knowledge retrieval patterns.
• Optimize response quality, latency, and model performance.

Azure AI Platform Engineering

• Build and deploy AI workloads using:

• Azure AI Foundry
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Document Intelligence

• Azure Machine Learning

• Develop reusable AI services and frameworks.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and business processes.

Intelligent Document Processing

• Develop document processing solutions involving:

• OCR
• Classification
• Data Extraction

• Validation Workflows

• Integrate document intelligence solutions with enterprise platforms.

Azure Cloud Development

• Build cloud-native applications using:

• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Log Analytics

• Azure Application Insights

• Develop secure APIs and cloud integrations.

RAG & Knowledge Systems

• Build vector-based search and retrieval solutions.

• Implement:

• Embeddings
• Chunking Strategies
• Vector Indexing

• Semantic Search

• Work with Azure Cognitive Search and vector-enabled databases.

Security & Monitoring

• Implement:

• Entra ID Authentication
• RBAC
• Key Vault Security

• Private Endpoints

• Monitor AI workloads using:

• App Insights
• Azure Monitor
• Log Analytics

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
• Strong Python programming expertise.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Experience building:
